Present continuous (I am doing)	Present simple (I do)
Chúng ta sử thì hiện tại tiếp diễn cho những điều xảy ra tại hoặc trong khoảng thời gian đang nói. Hành động chưa hoàn thành.   ·         The water is boiling. I always do và I’m always doing

I always do something = tôi làm điều đó mọi lúc

• ·         I always go to work by car. (not I’m always going)

I’m always doing something = tôi làm điều đó nhiều hơn bình thường

• ·         I’ve lost my keys again. I’m always losing them.

I’m always losing them = tôi làm mất chìa khóa quá thường xuyên hoặc nhiều hơn bình thường

• ·         Paul is never satisfied. He’s always complaining. (= anh ấy than phiền quá nhiều)
• ·         You’re always looking at your phone. Don’t you have anything else to do?
